Welcome to the Retreat Landowners Association!

The Retreat has 261 tracts and 222 members in 5 filings covering about 1,000 acres.  The Board of Directors of the Retreat Landowners Association (RLA) is comprised of 7 members who are elected at the annual meeting in July.

Current assessments are: $250.00 per property owner, plus $100.00 for the Glen Haven Area Volunteer Fire Department for a total of $350.00 per year.

WHAT’S NEW ON THE RETREAT WEBSITE? There is a new section called the Estes Valley Forest Issues Forum or EVFIF. A group of HOAs, state and federal forest workers, fire fighters and others have been working on ways to improve communication between and among the these groups. The first effort is a newsletter from the Canyon Lakes District. Please take a few minutes to read it; notice there are some direct links for further information. More information about this effort will be shared with the members.
